Job Summary

Providing essential support for clinical and wellness programs, the part-time Concierge in the Remote Concierge Call Center will manage inquiries, verify eligibility, schedule appointments, and assist with technical support while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Responds to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering courteous and professional service
  • Determines program eligibility and collects detailed information, maintaining confidentiality and accurate records
  • Coordinates appointments and guides participants through pre-visit requirements, ensuring a smooth experience
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED certificate required
  • 1 year of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in a Managed Care or Health Care environment
  • 3 years of general office experience including administrative support and project management preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems and tools
