Job Summary
To create a welcoming experience for members and patients, the part-time Remote Concierge Receptionist will manage phone lines, assist with scheduling medical appointments, and address member concerns during weekend hours.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming patient communications and provide accurate responses within departmental goals
- Book appointments based on patient preferences while adhering to company policies
- Act as a liaison between departments to enhance the member experience and ensure efficient task completion
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- 1-3 years of customer service, hospitality, medical office, or concierge experience
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in managing customer interactions over the phone
- Proficiency in database and systems management
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally among teams
