Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for members and patients, the full-time Remote Concierge Receptionist will manage phone lines, assist with scheduling medical appointments, and address member concerns while creating a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming patient communications, providing accurate responses within departmental goals
  • Book appointments based on patient preferences while adhering to company policies

Required qualifications:
