Job Summary
Serving as the first point of contact for members and patients, the full-time Remote Concierge Receptionist will manage phone lines, assist with scheduling medical appointments, and address member concerns while creating a welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient communications, providing accurate responses within departmental goals
- Book appointments based on patient preferences while adhering to company policies
- Act as a liaison between departments to enhance the member experience and ensure efficient task management
Required qualifications:
- High School diploma or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, medical office, or concierge roles
- Strong administrative skills, particularly in managing phone communications
- Proficiency in database and systems management
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally among teams
