A full-service mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Condo Mortgage Review Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing and evaluating condo project documentation
  • Completing comprehensive project reviews in a timely manner
  • Working with post-closing department on any stipulations for closed files

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3 years condo project review experience
  • Proficient knowledge of industry standard computer programs
  • Through understanding of all agency, government and investor underwriting policies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
