Job Summary

A privately-held, non-bank mortgage lending company has an open position for a Remote Condo Project Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing project documents including Master Insurance Policies, HOA Annual Budgets, Co-op and/or Condo Questionnaires
  • Performing initial project reviews and conditional approvals within the posted turn times
  • Monitoring condo email box and answering questions or scenarios

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 1-2 years Conventional, FHA Condo Project Processing/Mortgage and VA to condo experience
  • 1-2 years of Conventional Co-Op Project Underwriting
  • Condo reviewing experience: 3 years
  • Mortgage experience : 3 years
