Job Summary
A national mortgage service company is filling a position for a Remote Condo Reviewer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review documents for acceptability to guidelines and communicate approve / deny decisions
- Maintain all documentation received for project review
- Coordinate with Lines of Business on project reviews
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Five years mortgage industry experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks and complete projects with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of FHA, VA and Conforming product guides and requirements
