Remote Condominium Review Associate

Job Summary

A mortgage lending company is in need of a Remote Condominium Review Associate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Running Fannie Mae's Condo Project Manager system when possible
• Reviewing project information provided by aforementioned parties for completeness and accuracy
• Interacting with Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers, Sellers, and internal staff to gather project specific information

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of mortgage industry experience
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of product
• Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
