Job Summary
A mortgage lending company is in need of a Remote Condominium Review Associate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Running Fannie Mae's Condo Project Manager system when possible
- Reviewing project information provided by aforementioned parties for completeness and accuracy
- Interacting with Loan Officers, Mortgage Brokers, Sellers, and internal staff to gather project specific information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of mortgage industry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of product
- Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of integrity and confidentiality required
