Job Summary

A membership-based non-profit is in need of a Remote Conference Coordinator in New York City.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the implementation of the conference i
  • Respond to all emails and phone calls pertaining to the conference
  • Manage all logistics, contracts, AV, catering and security requirements

Qualifications for this position include:

  • In person attendance is necessary
  • Previous conference management experience
  • Must possess strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
