Job Summary
A business services company that offers IT solutions, outsourcing, consulting, website development, mobile application development, IT security, and data science services is filling a position for a Remote Configuration Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing data files for errors and formatting files during pre-deployment
- Working closely with other deployment team members responsible for each location
- Maintaining the training environment for the deployment team's use
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in application deployment, training, and/or change management
- Experience in data staging and configuration
- Salesforce experience or experience with another digital platforms (ServiceNow, PEGA, etc.), preferred
- Experience working with the federal government, preferred
- Ability to load legacy data into Production
- Ability to perform Production configuration (ie. creating user accounts, adding in location specific information)
