Job Summary
A revenue cycle management company is in need of a Remote Configuration ManagEment Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Executing configurations and develop workflows for business software applications
- Troubleshooting, testing, and resolving escalated or complex issues identified with business software applications or tools
- Communicating updates or needs related to ticket resolution, project items, and/or prioritization changes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Skills to work independently and be resourceful with the ability to prioritize workload
- Proven logic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot issues within software applications to perform root cause analysis
- Demonstrated skill working with Microsoft Office Suite of products
