Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Configuration Scrum Product Owner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with the Scrum team to maintain focus on goals, and adherence to strategic vision
- Prioritizing IT work in accordance with strategic vision, company goals and industry trends
- Participating in Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and Sprint Demos
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science/Arts degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of business management or health care operations experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading business initiatives to drive systemic change
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience acting in a functional Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master role
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Certification is preferred
