Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Configuration Team Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing oversight to vendor management tasks
- Ensuring ticket controls
- Assisting in auditing system configuration
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of three (3) years of health plan business or systems solutions experience is required
- Associates Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
- Advanced computer skills and abilities in Facets or similar processing systems
