Job Summary

Remote Confirmation Agent is a full-time position responsible for making and receiving calls to confirm and qualify solar consultations, assisting the sales team, and participating in ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to confirm and qualify solar consultations
• Assist the sales team in navigating appointments and maintaining customer relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and meet performance goals

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales-oriented environment (preferred but not required)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and overcome objections
• Professional demeanor with the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly
• Must have a reliable computer with high-speed internet connection (specific hardware requirements apply)
• Must reside in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Texas, or Georgia
