A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Connected Care Guide.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Triaging situations and scheduling appointments
- Being the centralized point of contact for our virtual patients
- Introducing the app to patients and helping them navigate this new model of care delivery
Qualifications for this position include:
- Paid training in Boston, MA December 12-15
- Medical Scribe certification and 1+ years of experience
- Must have a designated workspace free from noise and distraction where you are able to discuss sensitive information
- Experience using Apple products, including iPads, Mac desktops and Google Business Suite apps
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with medical insurance and medical terminology
