Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is in need of a Remote Constituent Relations Representative.
Must be able to:
- Answer constituent phone calls, emails, and support requests with a focus on identifying opportunities
- Act as a point of contact for all escalated requests and manage all escalations to completion
- Maintain and protect donor demographic and financial information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Salesforce, CONVIO and Ring Central experience
- 2 – 5 years work experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve during a conversation, team player character and drive for results
