Job Summary

A real estate investment management company has an open position for a Remote Construction Accounting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage the closing process, projects, year-end, and filings requirements to ensure timely completion
• Review financial statements and reporting packages prepared by the team
• Assist in the implementation of construction accounting software and creation of lender reports

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of accounting experience in job costing within homebuilding and/or land development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Experience with system implementations
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work evening/night/weekends from time to time
