Job Summary

A full-service maintenance company has a current position open for a Remote Construction and Maintenance Project Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets
• Secure and make sure jobs get completed
• Communicate with customers and technicians

Required Skills:

• At least 3 to 5+ Years Experience in repair, maintenance, and/or construction trades (plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, parking lot, etc.)
• Experience Working with Sub-Vendors
• 5+ years experience
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
