Job Summary

A mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Construction and Renovation Lending Operations Support Specialist in Plano.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Director with the Builder Review, Project Review, and Draw disbursement processes
• Partnering with the internal team to prepare and provide draw documents for disbursements
• Maintaining and updating current construction and renovation checklists

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Ability to travel <20% of the time
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One-year renovation and/or construction mortgage experience
• Knowledge of or the ability to learn an LOS system
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of construction and renovation mortgage requirements
