Job Summary
A mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Construction and Renovation Lending Operations Support Specialist in Plano.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the Director with the Builder Review, Project Review, and Draw disbursement processes
- Partnering with the internal team to prepare and provide draw documents for disbursements
- Maintaining and updating current construction and renovation checklists
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel <20% of the time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year renovation and/or construction mortgage experience
- Knowledge of or the ability to learn an LOS system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of construction and renovation mortgage requirements
