A national network of mortgage professionals is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Construction and Renovation Mortgage Lending Processor in Plano.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a pipeline of loan packages
- Ensuring all collected documentation meets required guidelines
- Reviewing initial loan approval and work with the borrower to gather appropriate documentation
Qualifications Include:
- Minimal travel <5%
- Minimum one years experience processing government and Fannie Mae loans
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Ability to analyze credit reports, income and asset documents
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
