Job Summary
An international food and beverage retail company is filling a position for a Remote Construction associate project manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop and implement annual plan for assigned project(s) or area(s) in partnership with leadership direction, store development team and operations leadership
- Participate in recruiting, hiring and functional training in support of regional staffing needs.
- Oversee scheduling, bid negotiations and consultant relationships for an area.
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in facility or construction management, architecture, or business related field
- 5 + of experience in a role delivering 15 or more concurrent projects in a retail or restaurant environment (QSR)
- Construction project management in a multi-unit retail or restaurant environment
- 3 + of experience using MS Outlook, MS Excel, and project or construction management program(s), such as MS Project, Primavera or Timberline systems
