Job Summary

A leading legal publisher has a current position open for a Remote Construction Attorney.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting forms, clauses, checklists, and practice notes on construction law matters across various jurisdictions
• Completing assigned projects by prescribed deadlines without follow up

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school and admission to at least one State Bar
• 5+ years of experience as a construction attorney
• Substantive experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing construction contracts and ancillary documents
• Substantial experience drafting state-specific construction clauses
• Excellent editing, legal research, analysis and writing skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow prescribed editorial guidelines accurately
