A construction technology and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Construction Industry Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Own the customer success journey from onboarding through platform value optimization
- Develop, implement, and monitor health scores to form appropriate touchpoints
- Ensure a great experience and drive customer engagement
