Job Summary
An artificial intelligence construction startup is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Construction Industry Senior Operations Associate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing our team of contractored site scanners
- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding of new site scanners in line with project growth/forecasting
- Liaising with internal teams to make sure information is communicated swiftly and efficiently
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have 3 to 4 years of professional experience in operations or process management
- Thrive at solving problems quickly and keep cool in stressful situations
- Have a strong bias for action
- Excel at cross-functional teamwork and communication
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Be analytical with a desire to measure outcomes
