A data and analytics firm has a current position open for a Remote Construction Information Researcher in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Setup a weekly/monthly schedule to capture data and information in a timely manner
- Conduct online research of many large public owners and entities
- Contact public entities confirming online information is accurate
Qualifications for this position include:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and all components of the project lifecycle is helpful
- The ability to conduct comprehensive online research work, including data scraping and data transferring
- The ability to procure planning news from assigned sources
- Strong attention to detail following assigned processes to ensure quick data accuracy and completeness
