Job Summary

A national maintenance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Construction Maintenance Project Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Being responsible for facility maintenance jobs from inception to completion
• Being able to schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets
• Pricing jobs from reports from field technicians via photos, knowledge, and prior data

Required Skills:

• 5 years+ hands on experience with with maintenance & construction skilled trades (plumbing ,carpentry, HVAC, electrical, roofing)
• Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks
