A full-service maintenance company is in need of a Remote Construction Maintenance Project Manager in Charlotte .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for facility maintenance jobs from inception to completion
- Being able to schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets
- Pricing jobs from reports from field technicians via photos ,knowledge, and prior data
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5 years+ hands on experience with with maintenance & construction skilled trades
- Must be a self-performer with minimum guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have the ability to manage employees and delegate them multiple tasks
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
