Job Summary
A human resources and business solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Construction Management Director.
Must be able to:
- Assist in the feasibility phase of the projects
- Prepare construction cost estimates
- Ensure plans, specifications, and finishes are provided
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS or 10 yrs experience
- Experience managing design consultants
- Experience with government/jurisdictional representatives
- Experience preparing and managing reports and budgets
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of construction cost accounting and budgeting
