Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Construction Manager.
Must be able to:
- Work with Director of Real Estate to assess prospective real estate sites for fit
- Select, budget and manage our architectural design and general contractor partners
- Manage the construction process from end to end, including permitting
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role managing construction
- Strong analytical skills and ability to value engineer for maximum impact
- Deep network with general contractors and architectural firms
