Job Summary

A civil engineering company has an open position for a Remote Construction Manager in Dallas.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity
• Defining and advancing water/wastewater business development strategies
• Mentoring and developing less experienced staff

Required Skills:

• At least 15 years of experience along with a strong technical background in Construction Management
• At least 10 years of experience working as a general contractor for federal, state or municipal governments
• Proven project leadership experience for complex, multidiscipline, design projects
• Progressive business development skills and knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan market
