Job Summary
An aerospace and defense company is filling a position for a Remote Construction Mechanic Subject Matter Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements
- Conducting analysis of training requirements and media requirements
- Developing appropriate training objectives and test methods
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA in Education or related, or equivalent experience as a curriculum designer or developer
- 2-5 years of related instructional development experience
- Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand
- Ability to collaborate with training managers and Learning Site personnel
- Ability to align identified tasks and skills to learning objectives
