Job Summary

A real estate services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Construction Program Manager in Redmond.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating regular meetings to review project status for active and pending projects
  • Leading low to medium cross-functional projects and programs end-to-end
  • Managing internal and external relationships in support of program

Required Skills:

  • Minimum four years of related experience

  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions
  • Conducts advanced financial analysis
