Remote Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, the full-time Remote Construction Project Manager will oversee planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while working directly with clients to prepare project elements and ensure data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project delivery from initiation through completion, including scope, budget, and schedule
• Conduct proposal requests, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients
• Track project progress, report status, and develop risk mitigation plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
• Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
• Strong math skills for financial-related calculations
