Job Summary
A healthcare and senior living company is in need of a Remote Construction Project Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with management schedule and budget trackers
- Direct a single complex project or multiple smaller projects
- Develop and maintain good relationships with Landlord, Architect, and General Contractor
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Construction, Business, or Healthcare related field
- Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting Architectural/MEP drawings
- 3 years of experience in project management in a rapid design/construction environment
- Experience working with an architect team
- Knowledgeable of Building/ADA code compliance, OSHPD requirement
