Remote Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company is in need of a Remote Construction Project Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Assist with management schedule and budget trackers
• Direct a single complex project or multiple smaller projects
• Develop and maintain good relationships with Landlord, Architect, and General Contractor

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Construction, Business, or Healthcare related field
• Demonstrated experience reading and interpreting Architectural/MEP drawings
• 3 years of experience in project management in a rapid design/construction environment
• Experience working with an architect team
• Knowledgeable of Building/ADA code compliance, OSHPD requirement
