Job Summary
A full-service maintenance company is in need of a Remote Construction Project Manager in Aurora.
Must be able to:
- Schedule work, do estimates and keep budgets
- Be responsible for jobs from inception to completion
- Negotiate in pricing as necessary
Position Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of Project Management/Foreman experience in construction Industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic proposal writing and financial skills; ability to perform costing/estimating
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to understand contract terms
- Must have ability to discuss projects with customers
- Must have the ability to work on their own
