Core Responsibilities Include:
- Scheduling work, doing estimates and keeping budgets
- Being responsible for jobs from inception to completion
- Negotiating pricing as necessary

- 5+ years experience
- Must have overall knowledge of all type of commercial construction
- Experience in fast paced environment
