Job Summary

A hotel renovation company is in need of a Remote Construction Project Manager in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing change orders and change order logs with in-field management and ownership
• Running and managing on-going and final punch lists with superintendents and field management
• Managing all aspects of project close out including final budget analysis

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 20% in the role
• Ability to adhere with major hotel brand standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar experience
• 5 years direct hotel project management experience and/or tenant improvement experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
