Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Construction Project Manager in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assess project progress, schedule, changes and deliveries
- Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project specific issues
- Monitor the project change order process
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5-10 year's experience in the construction industry
- Experience should be in commercial, retail, educational, health care, or institutional projects
- Bachelors Degree in Construction or related field
- Proficiency with computer software used in the construction industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
