Job Summary
A real estate services and investment management company is filling a position for a Remote Construction Project Manager in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Professional planning and hands-on management of multiple projects
- Demonstrating full accountability for end to end management of projects
- Providing weekly project activity updates to leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel as needed
- 3+ years of project management experience in all aspects of design and construction
- Experience with scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, etc
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with architectural drawings; furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
