Job Summary
A Workday services and consulting company has an open position for a Remote Consultant in Dallas.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the Workday implementation process from start to finish, as needed
- Leading requirements gathering, testing, and other customer-facing sessions, as required
- Leading the entire integration implementation for a project
Position Requirements Include:
- Having a Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Having 3–5 years of consulting experience or 10–12 years of relevant work experience
- Having active Workday certification in Integrations Core and at least two other current Workday Integrations certifications
- Having successfully completed 5–7 projects within the Workday ecosystem
- Possessing an advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in functional design processes
- Having a working knowledge and language of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, or Finance
