Job Summary
A provider of customer engagement services has a current position open for a Remote Consultant Process Improvement.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead and manage globally spanned and / or client facing process improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain reports that enable the management of continuous performance improvement and operational excellence
- Monitor and maintain improvements via robust Control Planning and Compliance Measures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Certification as Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt required
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading global improvement initiatives
- Experience in project management in contact center industry highly
- Experience in process improvement methodology
