A management consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Consultant Talent Sourcer and Recruiter in Houston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Source candidates via queries and online tools
- Follow instructions on search strategy and hiring criteria
- Present candidate profiles to internal Human Resources team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor's in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years sourcing/recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
- Must have a home office and live in the greater metropolitan Houston or surrounding area
- Able to work from home, on "as needed, part time basis"
