Remote Consulting Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

A consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Consulting Accounting Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Assist the accounting team in the identification of systemic issues (UMD, UMC, IDOC errors) via root cause analysis
• Assist the accounting team with error resolution to include Intermediate Document (IDOC) errors
• Examine accounting documents for proper accounting classifications and authorizations

Required Skills:

• 4+ years’ of GFEBS experience
• Active DoD Security Clearance
• 4+ year’s experience assisting end users in the resolution of GFEBS Intermediate Document (IDOC) errors
• Experience with Army Payroll within GFEBS
• Fluent user of ServiceNow (SNOW)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
