Job Summary
A consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Consulting Division Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing workload balance per team through operational
- Developing and maintaining training for team members
- Conducting interviews, performance reviews, and improvement planning
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years’ experience managing a staff of at least 5 direct reports
- 3 years’ experience with system project management
- 2 years’ experience with HR Technology solutions
- -Proven expertise in building and managing relationships, both internally and externally
- Insurance and HCM Technology industry acumen
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
