A software company is seeking a Remote Consulting Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the technical Subject Matter Expert for complex network deployments
- Identifying opportunities with Account Teams and clients to expand services and delivery
- Providing consultative, proactive and/or reactive support to customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel and work onsite with customers
- Master of Science and/ or Bachelor of Science in a technology and business discipline
- 5+ years of customer facing service experience
- 6-8 years relevant experience in network engineering
- Expert level internetworking troubleshooting in a large-scale network environment
- In-depth knowledge of network management, network availability & capacity planning
