Job Summary

A consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Consulting Principal in Minneapolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assess the design and administration of executive and employee compensation programs
  • Oversee the analysis of executive and employee total compensation programs
  • Evaluate and design incentive plans or alternative reward systems

Qualifications Include:

  • 10 years experience in a human resources consulting firm not-for-profit or related c
  • 7 years experience in selling management, business, or HR consulting projects
  • Demonstrated industry expertise keeping abreast of research, etc.
  • Ability to establish new client relationships
  • Ability to translate complex, technical concepts into easy to understand language
  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
