Job Summary
An emergency management consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Consulting Services Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Taking in bound phone calls from our sales reps in the field
- Coordinating billing with customers to request/receive purchase orders
- Processing purchase orders and order restock of inventory
Required Skills:
- Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with customers
