Job Summary

An emergency management consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Consulting Services Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Taking in bound phone calls from our sales reps in the field
  • Coordinating billing with customers to request/receive purchase orders
  • Processing purchase orders and order restock of inventory

Required Skills:

  • Excellent telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple daily telephone calls
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Ability to write legibly with correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationship with customers
