Job Summary
A cloud computing company is filling a position for a Remote Consulting Services Resource Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitor and report weekly on project allocations and capacity planning
- Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming Consulting Services (CS) projects
- Estimate initial project budget burn rate based on number and type of assigned resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years in a Consulting Services Operations role or similar (Resource Management, etc)
- Experience providing resource management for a technical professional services team
- Experience with resource coordination and scheduling
- Proficient in Google Suite, SalesForce, Professional Services Automation Tooling, and reporting
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification (required within 1 year of hire)
