Job Summary
A faith-based healthcare organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Consumer Access Specialist in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining working relationship with partners to ensure open communications between clinical, ancillary & patient access departments
- Providing timely & continual coverage of assigned work area in order to offer prompt patient service & availability for partner needs
- Meeting and exceeding productivity standards determined by department leadership
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- One year of relevant healthcare experience preferred
- Prior collections experience preferred
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- One year of direct Patient Access experience preferred
