Job Summary

A mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Consumer Advocacy Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Identify, investigate and respond to informal customer complaints
  • Monitor all online review sites multiple times and respond to feedback
  • Take escalations via email and phone

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in mortgage process and mortgage documents
  • High school diploma or GED
  • BS/BA in Business, or related area
  • Exceptional decision making, problem solving and strategic thinking skills are required
  • Ability to adapt well to change and demonstrate ownership of role in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
