Job Summary
A mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Consumer Advocacy Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Identify, investigate and respond to informal customer complaints
- Monitor all online review sites multiple times and respond to feedback
- Take escalations via email and phone
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-3 years of experience in mortgage process and mortgage documents
- High school diploma or GED
- BS/BA in Business, or related area
- Exceptional decision making, problem solving and strategic thinking skills are required
- Ability to adapt well to change and demonstrate ownership of role in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
