Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Consumer Collection Commercial Litigation Attorney in Cheyenne.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Communicate with opposing counsel and pro se parties
- Draft and review legal briefs, correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
- Document account/file activity in accordance with the Firm and client policies
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to various courts in the State
- Licensed in Wyoming or Utah
- Knowledge on the state civil litigation process and state and federal consumer protection laws
- Ability to collaborate with other employees to utilize resources and knowledge of others
- Superior time management skills and ability to effectively manage priorities
- Possesses leadership skills and the ability to drive and motivate employees to achieve results
